Lash Policy

The natural life span of an eyelash is 60 to 90 days. Each eyelash lives on its own life cycle. That is why they are different lengths. Therefore, regular re-lash appointments are recommended every 2-3 weeks to keep your lashes looking beautiful.

A lash cycle is when the majority of your natural lashes have reached their last phase of growth. Lash cycles occur on average once a quarter just like seasonal changes. This happens to everyone, but can differ in time due to medication or hormone changes. Once that mature lash is ready to expire a new lash is regenerated and starts to growing. This cycling process happens over a period of 45 days or two re-lash appointments. An additional or prorated fee will be added to your regular appointment if you are cycling and would like a fuller re-lash or if there are not enough natural lashes to apply the extensions to.

We promote proper hygiene to keep your eyes healthy. We reserve the right to refuse service if the integrity of your health is compromised. Your health is our first priority. If you do not maintain your eyelash extensions and allow the majority of your extensions to fall out, you may be subject to a full set fee for a returning client. A minimum of 50% of your previous extensions should be intact to avoid an additional fee your normal re-lash appointment. This will be discussed with your Lash Artist prior to starting your appointment.

Clients coming from another establishment, please note: based on the state of your current lash set or eye condition, you may be subject to a new set fee.

We are more than happy to adjust the design of your existing look, but in order to complete this transition, additional appointments may be necessary. If you would like the adjustment completed in one appointment the proper time allotment needs to be scheduled prior to your confirmed appointment time. An additional fee will be discussed with your Lash Artist prior to application if necessary.

We respectfully require a 24-hour notice of reschedule or cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a non-refundable $50 change.

Upon your initial appointment please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time so that it may allow you time to relax and complete any necessary forms.
